Items that cannot be returned (unless faulty):

• Personalised items and custom-made items, for example, a product featuring a specific name, message, or unique design requested by you.
• Bespoke products made to your specific requirements that cannot be resold due to their personalised nature.

All UK orders are dispatched with DPD local or UPS on a next day tracked and insured service.
