We hope you are delighted with your handmade purchase. As your item has been specifically created to your unique specifications, our returns policy is different from standard off-the-shelf items. 

Items that cannot be returned (unless faulty):

• Personalised items and custom-made items, for example, a product featuring a specific name, message, or unique design requested by you.
• Bespoke products made to your specific requirements that cannot be resold due to their personalised nature. 

Our standard Lampshade lead time is 2 – 3 weeks, All UK orders are dispatched with DPD local or UPS on a next day tracked and insured service.
All International orders are dispatched with UPS on a 3 – 5 day tracked and insured service.
